Urgently required for a reputed automobile spare parts trading company dealing in European Trucks & Trailer Parts, male, Quality Control Engineer for our office based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. He should have minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in Q/C department in any reputed automobile spare parts trading company.
His responsibilities as follows:

Determining quality improvement factors.

Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.

Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
-
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
-
Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software.
-
Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

Design and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.

Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
-
Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure that our processes are in compliance with relevant standards.
Quality Control Engineer (QC Engineer) Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification.

Experience with quality management systems like ISO 9001.

Proficiency in statistical analysis software.

Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Prior experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with compliance standards specific to the industry.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a quality control role.

Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
