Quality Control Engineer

• Perform and supervise physical tests, including setting time, soundness, standard consistency, compressive strength, and grindability, in accordance with applicable standards.
• Conduct wet chemical and instrumental analyses such as XRF and AAS to determine chemical composition accurately.
• Prepare samples, reagents, pressed pellets, and fused beads for chemical and X-ray analysis with high precision.
• Perform daily and random cross-checks on physical and chemical test results to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and consistency.
• Validate analytical methods and results through internal checks and comparison with reference standards.
• Ensure proper calibration, routine verification, and correct operation of all laboratory equipment and instruments.
