Quality Control Engineer | KSA

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong expertise in QA/QC and Facility Management (FM) to join a reputed organization in Saudi Arabia.

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and international standards
• Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and installations (electrical & mechanical systems)
• Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project-specific quality requirements
• Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and codes
• Ensure quality standards in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for MEP systems
• Evaluate performance of FM contractors and service providers
• Conduct periodic facility audits, snagging, and condition assessments
• Ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements in FM contracts
• Perform and witness site inspections (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems)
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client representatives
• Maintain quality records, reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions
• Ensure proper documentation and handover dossiers

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC
• Strong experience in Facility Management (mandatory)
• Certifications in Quality Inspection (mandatory)
• Knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC tools, and documentation
• Strong communication and reporting skills
