Job Description:
Anatolia Travel Services, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive for its Islamabad office. The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying and cross-checking visa and document applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy requirements before submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-check and verify applicant documents as per Turkish Embassy guidelines
- Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and properly organized
- Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing documents and report them timely
- Coordinate with processing and front-desk teams to resolve document issues
- Maintain quality standards and confidentiality of applicant data
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and embassy regulations
- Assist in improving document quality and reducing application rejections
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Prior experience in quality control, documentation, visa processing, or data verification is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of document handling and verification procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data systems)
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
