Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to support the production operations within our fragrance manufacturing division at Sharjah. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day quality control activities at the factory, ensuring that raw materials, in-process batches, and finished fragrance products comply with Fragorium’s quality standards, procedures, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Incoming Raw Materials

  • Perform QC checks on incoming raw materials (visual, olfactory, COA verification).
  • Carry out sampling, labeling, and segregation of approved and rejected materials.
  • Coordinate with the lab/GC-MS team when analysis is required.

In-Process & Finished Goods QC

  • Conduct in-process quality checks during compounding, filling, and packing.
  • Inspect finished goods and packaging as per QC checklists.
  • Ensure products are released only after QC approval.

Documentation & Records

  • Maintain QC records, batch documents, and inspection logs.
  • Ensure all QC documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Support data entry into ERP/QC systems as required.

Deviation & Quality Support

  • Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues to the QC Manager.
  • Assist in investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support complaint follow-ups and preventive measures.

Coordination & Hygiene

  • Work closely with Production, Stores, Lab, and Regulatory teams.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality practices are followed on the factory floor.
  • Support audits and inspections as required.
  • Carry out sampling, labeling, and segregation of approved and rejected materials.
  • Coordinate with the lab/GC-MS team when analysis is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working in a fragrance, flavour, or cosmetic manufacturing facility
  • Bachelors Degree in chemistry, biochemistry or chemical engineering
  • Knowledge of IFRA standards and regulatory compliance
  • Exposure to R&D or technical evaluation for fragrance development
  • Experience in a factory environment is preferred
  • Basic understanding of QC procedures, SOPs and documentation
  • Detail-oriented and methodical
  • Hands-on and disciplined in routine checks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured Quality Control system
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QC - Fragrance Manufacturing: 4 years (Preferred)
