Quality Control Inspector

Key responsibilities

• Inspection and testing: Conduct visual and technical inspections, tests, and measurements of raw materials, components, and finished products to check for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Monitoring processes: Oversee production and operational processes to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and regulations.
• Data analysis: Record and analyse inspection and test data to monitor quality performance and identify trends.
• Problem-solving: Recommend adjustments to the production or assembly process to correct issues and improve quality. This can also involve conducting root cause analysis on quality issues, according to Teal.
• Compliance: Ensure the company and its products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Reporting: Generate reports on inspection findings, quality issues, and process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as production and engineering, to resolve quality issues.
• Training: Train other team members on quality procedures to help refine production quality, notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
