This position reports to the Factory Manager. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to ensure the quality of outgoing and incoming products and services.
Responsible for overall implementation, effectiveness and continual improvement of Quality Management System.
Conduct Internal Audits.
Manage Customer Complains and Customer Feedback.
Coordinate Production Team for Project Inspection.
Prepare and implement Procedures, Work Instructions and Record Forms.
Overall responsible for the Health & Safety of all staff.
Manage Environmental & Compliance issues if needed.
Any other duties assigned Quality Manager.
Follow the Health & Safety guidelines to prevent him/herself and others from workplace injury.
Participate in factory's initiatives to preserve environment and reduce carbon footprint.
Handle warranty claims.
Spare Parts list from BOM.
Job Requirements
Engineering Degree / Diploma of Associate Engineer qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC).
Minimum of 5 years QMS experience in the Manufacturing Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years as a Management Representative.
