Role Overview

Monitor quality of SKM operations, conduct internal audits on regular basis, follow up audit reports to make sure that all the departments are following and enhancing their internal operations and processes following the audit results and suggest recommended changes according to the quality standards with benchmarking SKM quality to the industry standards and international best players.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out in process Inspection of air-cooled condensing units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out in process Inspection of air-cooled chiller units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out in process Inspection of air-cooled package units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Carry out In-process Inspection of water-cooled chiller units as per work orders, drawings, engineering specification.
• Fill out the relevant QA/QC in process inspection forms.
• Raise Non-Conformity if there is any deviation from work order requirement.
• Suggest system improvement and Amendments to existing Procedure / Work Instructions / Process Instructions.
• Record keeping of above-mentioned work.
• Any other related assignment by QA/QC engineer.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning is preferable
• At least 5+ years of experience as QC
• Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and trends.
• Knowledge of QMS and other quality & excellence standards.
