Job Summary
Mobco Facility Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Lead – QA/QC to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across facility management operations and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management procedures through inspections, audits, documentation control, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA/QC activities across facility management operations and projects.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures in line with company standards and project requirements.

Conduct quality inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Monitor operational and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.

Review method statements, inspection requests, quality reports, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and HSE teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure proper documentation, records management, and traceability of QA/QC activities.

Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and submit quality reports, audit findings, and performance metrics to management.

Support client inspections, consultant reviews, and regulatory authority audits.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives and quality awareness across teams.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project quality plans, and client requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within Facility Management, Construction, MEP, Infrastructure, or Operations projects.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, audits, and quality documentation.

Experience in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Familiarity with ISO standards, quality compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.
Preferred Qualifications

QA/QC certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI, ASQ, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience in facility management or large-scale operational environments is an advantage.

Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
