Quality Control management Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-line, midline, and final QC inspections of all products at premises or at all vendor premises.
• Verify fabric, trims, stitching, measurements, wash care, labeling, printing/embroidery, and packaging according to approved samples.
• Maintain QC reports, daily visit logs, and share updates with senior management.
• Identify defects early and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, size charts, spec sheets, BOM, and approved tech packs.
• Check workmanship quality: stitch line accuracy, panel alignment, thread quality, finishing, ironing, and packing.
• Approve pre-production samples and bulk cutting before production begins.
• Train workers on quality standards where needed.
• Coordinate with the production team for damage control and rework.
• Monitor final packing, assortment accuracy, and labeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years QC experience in garments (knits, jackets, leggings, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, measurement quality, spec sheets, BOM, and apparel construction.
• Ability to identify defects quickly and enforce corrective measures.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable.
