Production Quality Manager

We are looking for a skilled Production Quality Manager to lead and enhance the quality standards of our women’s apparel line. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full production lifecycle and can maintain exceptional quality while managing timelines and teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and guide the QC team to achieve zero-defect production.

- Work closely with the Production Manager to identify gaps and improve processes.

- Oversee quality inspections from raw materials to final garments.

- Approve samples, monitor production, and resolve quality-related issues.

- Plan and schedule quality checkpoints throughout production.

- Prioritize urgent styles/items for timely inspection.

- Maintain QC reports and documentation.

- Recommend improvements in stitching, fitting, finishing, and packaging.

- Ensure every product meets brand standards before dispatch.

Requirements:

- 4–5 years of experience in apparel production or quality management.

- Strong understanding of ladies’ garment manufacturing and quality criteria.

- Hands-on experience in production planning.

- Ability to lead, train, and motivate QC staff.

- Capable of handling multiple styles and tight timelines.

- Education in textiles, fashion design, or related fields (preferred).
