Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee all In-Process Control (IPC) activities and ensure strict compliance with food safety standards across our manufacturing lines. This role will manage quality processes for Greek yogurt, fresh juice, pasteurized juice, and central kitchen operations , ensuring that every product meets our quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will lead the QC team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in food safety and product consistency.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and food safety systems in compliance with local and international standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
  • Oversee all In-Process Control (IPC) activities during production for Greek yogurt, fresh juice, pasteurized juice, and central kitchen products.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and sampling to ensure product quality at every stage of production.
  • Manage microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing in coordination with the laboratory team.
  • Ensure raw materials, packaging, and finished goods meet quality specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve any non-conformities, customer complaints, or product recalls.
  • Maintain proper documentation for quality reports, test results, and regulatory compliance.
  • Train and mentor QC staff on quality control methods, hygiene practices, and food safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to prevent quality issues.
  • Monitor compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and environmental standards in production areas.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies during inspections and audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce wastage.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or any related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience in cost control within FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and food safety legislation
  • Experience in dairy and juice processing is preferable
  • Proven ability to lead and develop QC Team
  • Strong Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
