Requirements and responsibilities
Duties:

Collaborate with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

Design and develop test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.

Execute manual tests to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement in software applications, systems, or services.

Log, track, and manage defects and issues throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing efforts and communicate test progress.

Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to management.

Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, and test cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

4-7 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a software development environment.

Mobile Testing Experience is a must.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing techniques.

Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, TFS, or similar.

Provin experience in Agile development methodologies.

Fluent English.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
