Job Brief:
We are searching for a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee
the submittal and handover of the fit out works
and ensure that all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for implementing the company’s quality control system across projects, coordinating inspections, and driving continuous improvement to achieve high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and review the submittal and handover of construction specially the fit out works

Develop, implement, and maintain the
Project Quality Control Plan (QCP)
and ensure adherence throughout all project phases.

Supervise the
QC team
and ensure proper distribution of responsibilities.

Review and approve
Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
,
Method Statements
, and
Material Submittals
in accordance with project requirements.

Conduct and coordinate
site inspections
to ensure that all construction works meet approved standards, codes, and specifications.

Prepare and issue
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
and
Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
when deviations occur and follow up on their closure.

Oversee
materials testing
, including concrete, asphalt, soil, steel, and other construction materials.

Ensure proper documentation of quality inspections, test results, calibration certificates, and reports.

Conduct regular
internal audits
and participate in
client quality audits
.

Lead
root cause analysis
for recurring quality issues and develop preventive measures.

Provide
training and guidance
to site engineers and supervisors on quality standards and procedures.

Prepare periodic
quality performance reports
and recommend improvement actions to management.

Perform and lead regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.

Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

Read plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.

Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements:

Bachelor's in Architecture or Structural engineering.

Certification in quality control is preferred.

A minimum of 12 years’ experience in
Quality Control
within the construction industry (building or mixed-use projects).
