Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Quality Control Manager responsible for establishing, monitoring, and improving quality standards across our CA firm. This role ensures that all financial, accounting, compliance, and advisory deliverables meet statutory requirements, professional standards, internal policies, and client expectations. The Quality Control Manager works closely with CFO service teams, partners, and compliance functions to maintain accuracy, consistency, risk control, and service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control frameworks for CFO and accounting services.
- Review financial reports, MIS, management dashboards, and compliance filings for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and quality reviews of client files and processes.
- Identify errors, gaps, and risks in workflows and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Standardize SOPs, checklists, templates, and documentation across CFO service engagements.
- Coordinate with CFO consultant, team leads, and compliance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor turnaround time, service delivery quality, and client-specific quality benchmarks.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management and partners.
- Support client audits, due diligence, and regulatory inspections by ensuring proper documentation and controls.
- Continuously improve processes through automation, controls, and best practice adoption.

Qualification and Recruitment Requirements
- CMA / CPA preferred; MBA (Finance) or M.Com with strong experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 4–7years of experience in accounting, audit, CFO services, or financial consulting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance, and financial controls.
- Prior experience in quality control, internal audit, or process review is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel / MIS tools.
- Ability to manage multiple reviews, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
