Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a Quality Control Manager for one of its international clients operating in the dietary supplements industry. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Call Center Quality Assurance and Sales Quality Management to ensure high-quality customer interactions and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Listen to and evaluate 50–60 sales calls daily

Assess operator performance using internal quality standards

Identify gaps in sales communication and objection handling

Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve agent performance

Prepare quality reports and monitor overall call center performance

Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within a Sales Call Center

Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and objection handling

Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills

Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written)

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
