Quality Control Manager (Retail Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products upon receipt from factories and verify compliance with purchase orders and specifications
• Monitor and verify product assembly within the warehouse
• Conduct final quality checks before dispatch to retail stores
• Ensure correct sizes, quantities, labels, and tags
• Prevent any shipment with discrepancies from being released
• Report quality issues and maintain records of errors and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quality control, warehouse operations, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Experience with retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus
