Quality Control Officer (Food Industry)

We AT MASS POTATO are looking for a quality control officer with good experience and practice in the food industry, preferably in chips and chocolate. The applicant must be fully aware of sample testing and compliance with specifications and standards in accordance with health requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Close monitoring and compliance with quality and occupational health requirements.
• Knowledge and familiarity with occupational health laws and regulations and internal procedures that must be followed.
• The quality technician detects and documents product defects and problems.
• Works to ensure compliance with production plans.
• Maintaining the production cycle and optimizing the use of production materials
• Developing and monitoring production plans and identifying problems and defects
• Supervising production lines and testing samples

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
