Quality Control Specialist

Job Objectives:

· Ensure products meet quality standards before they go to customers

· Understanding customer expectations and needs

· Outlining quality standards

· Developing quality control process

Role and Responsibilities:

· Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment

· Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards

· Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

· Training and managing team members, inspectors in production practices and quality assessment of goods

· Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct

· Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards

· Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems

· Following HMMA/KMMG development process and submit ISIR on time

· Preparing external audit (IATF16949, 5 star, etc.) and accomplishing the company’s target score

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant majors

· Working knowledge of HMMA/KMMG quality process preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power point
