Job Overview

Al Khalaf Group is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor (Fruits) to oversee the receiving, sorting, storing, and distribution of fresh fruits — with a special focus on bananas. The role ensures quality standards, freshness, and safe handling procedures are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive fruit shipments and check for quality and quantity.
  

• Sort fruits by size, ripeness, and overall condition.
  

• Store fruits in appropriate conditions to maintain freshness.
  

• Regularly inspect stored fruits for signs of spoilage or pests.
  

• Efficiently handle fruits using Ethylene gas adjustments for ripening control.
  

• Prepare fruits for distribution by carefully packing into crates or boxes.
  

• Maintain knowledge of optimal storage temperatures for various fruits and vegetables.
  

Requirements

Previous experience in fruit/food handling, warehouse, or quality control preferred.

Knowledge of fruit ripening systems and storage practices.

Attention to detail with ability to uphold quality and safety standards.

Physically fit to handle crates and perform manual tasks.

Candidates currently in Riyadh who are ready to relocate to Doha are strongly encouraged to apply.
