Quality Control Supervisor – Showroom Operations

Responsible for overseeing showroom operations and ensuring that products, services, and customer experiences meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor showroom operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products and displays.
  • Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Review customer feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and installation teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Prepare quality reports and performance analyses.
  • Train showroom staff on quality procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control or showroom/retail operations.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
