$20.00–$25.00 per hour | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our Production team on 2nd shift (1:15 PM – 9:45 PM, Monday–Friday). In this role, you will perform quality inspections, product counts, and packaging of small quantities of finished goods. This is a non-supervisory position reporting to the Quality Control Manager – Print.

Manufacturing or quality control experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and assist with shipping duties
• Ensure finished products meet or exceed client and company standards
• Identify, document, and report defective or questionable materials or conditions
• Complete assigned manufacturing and assembly tasks
• Accurately update productivity and quality records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Minimize waste and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production deadlines
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience performing quality control procedures in a production environment (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in commercial art and/or printing environments
• Familiarity with Sage 100 software

Work Environment

• Manufacturing facility with quality control duties primarily in an office setting
• Exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration
• Moderate noise level (hearing protection not required)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
• Frequently lift or move items up to 35 pounds
• Visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
