Job Description

Allianz Call Center Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Control Manager to monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of our telesales and trading teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that every client interaction meets company quality standards and supports business goals through consistent feedback and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review outbound and inbound calls to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Identify performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to agents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to improve conversion and communication quality.
  • Conduct coaching sessions to enhance communication, tone, and professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role (preferably in a call center environment).
  • Strong listening, observation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to deliver detailed and unbiased performance evaluations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented.

Compensation

  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
