About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying material quantities, ensuring accurate usage, and supporting cost control throughout the project. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency and minimizing material wastage on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and verify quantities of materials used at site as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Coordinate with site engineers, storekeepers, and quantity surveyors for daily quantity updates.
• Record and monitor material deliveries, consumption, and stock balances.
• Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of completed works.
• Assist in preparing quantity reports, progress reports, and cost control data.
• Verify subcontractor claims and site progress quantities.
• Identify discrepancies between actual site usage and planned quantities.
• Support the project team in maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in quantity control, estimation, or site engineering (construction industry preferred).
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and measurement techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple teams.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
