About the Role

We are a leading food manufacturing and packaging company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), seeking an experienced Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of UAE food safety standards, hands-on experience in quality control processes, and a proactive approach to ensuring that our products meet the highest levels of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and audits during product selection, packaging, and production operations.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare accurate and detailed quality control reports and communicate findings to sales and management teams.
• Coordinate closely with production and packing teams to maintain consistent product quality.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, corrective actions, and product quality metrics.
• Make timely, appropriate decisions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• QC-related certification is mandatory (Food Safety Management, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE food safety standards and common industry quality issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
