Quality Controller

Position: QC Inspector
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 per month

Company Overview:
A leading perfumes and cosmetics manufacturing company based in Dubai is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced QC Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in the perfumes, cosmetics, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely and accurate analysis of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Intermediates, Finished Goods (FG), and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA).
• Take appropriate actions on routine quality issues in consultation with the QA Supervisor.
• Handle incoming PM issues and coordinate approvals with the QA Manager.
• Control and maintain reference samples for future requirements.
• Maintain records of processes, analyses, and trials.
• Ensure timely line clearance for all manufacturing and packing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the QA laboratory.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes and equipment.
• Ensure strict implementation of deviation control systems.
• Prepare, handle, and preserve chemicals and reagents as per QC standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of QC experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform error-free testing and analysis.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
