Quality Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections: Conduct visual and instrumental inspections of printed materials, checking for defects like incorrect colors, misalignment, smudges, or other errors.
• Test materials: Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor production: Oversee production stages to ensure consistent quality and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows.
• Document findings: Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, test results, and any identified defects.
• Report and collaborate: Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate identified issues to production teams and management to resolve problems promptly.
• Implement improvements: Work with other departments to develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent future quality issues.
• Ensure compliance: Verify that all products comply with internal standards, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations.
