We are looking for Wholesale Manager who can join us immediately
- Strictly with VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE. Preferably with own car.
- With background experience in Sanitary Wares & Tiles supply industry.
- Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic is a plus.
- UAE market experience required
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve wholesale targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the wholesale customer base.
- Maintain relationships with existing wholesale clients and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet wholesale demands.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Logistics and Distribution:
- Oversee the logistics process, including order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize distribution routes and minimize costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of wholesale orders to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the wholesale sales team.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in the wholesale industry.
- Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, cost analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products or tailor existing products to meet wholesale customer needs.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the wholesale budget, including revenue forecasts, expenses, and profit margins.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Quality Control:
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications before distribution.
- Implement quality control measures to address any issues or defects identified during the wholesale process.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
