Quality Controller

We are seeking a Quantity Control Engineer to manage and control project quantities and costs, ensuring works are executed in compliance with contract requirements, budgets, and approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs
• Monitor executed quantities versus contract quantities
• Prepare monthly progress measurements and payment applications
• Verify subcontractor and supplier quantities and invoices
• Track project costs and identify variations
• Assist in preparation of variation orders and final accounts
• Coordinate with site and commercial teams
• Prepare quantity and cost control reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / quantity surveying
• Minimum 7 years' experience in a contracting company
• Strong knowledge of BOQs and quantity measurement
• Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off tools
• Familiar with construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
• Good communication and analytical skills
