Quality Controller

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance/Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that tailored garments (Abaya/Jalabiya) produced by the factory meet the company’s quality standards. This includes inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, checking finished products, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, measurements, and finishing requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical knowledge of tailoring, and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in quality control/assurance within a tailoring or garment factory (preferably in dresses and abayas/Jalabiya).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, and fabric types.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with production and management teams.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools).
