Quality Controller

Are you an experienced automotive professional with a strong eye for quality and compliance? We are seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to join our workshop operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring service excellence, vehicle quality standards, and customer satisfaction through thorough inspections and adherence to established QA and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all QA procedures are strictly followed in line with company and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure the overall quality of service meets agreed performance and quality benchmarks.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and road tests, recording results and confirming compliance with quality standards.
• Assist and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers to ensure timely delivery and maintain the “Fix It Right the First Time” ratio.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on work carried out, ensuring job cards and repair orders are properly updated.
• Maintain cleanliness of working areas and coordinate with the maintenance team for calibration and servicing of workshop equipment.
• Support workshop operations by assisting with other related duties as required.
• Actively comply with and promote Health and Safety regulations within the workshop.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor or Service Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar Quality Control / Workshop role within the automotive industry.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Software: Familiarity with workshop systems, job cards, and quality documentation tools.
