Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, and consistency, ensuring all menu items meet quality standards.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to sanitation regulations.
• Support food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes that enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to coordinate meal preparation, manage kitchen workflow, and ensure timely service.
• Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by practicing teamwork, effective communication, and respect for all staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within full-service restaurant.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques across different meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to adapt to dietary restrictions or special requests.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
