Quality Coordinator

Urgently Required Quality Coordinator at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.

• Responsible for all Quality related activities in the hospital.
• Prepare and follow Quality Calendar of activities prescribed in NABH standards
• Review of documentation once in a year for all NABH documents
• Conduct Internal Audits and MOM for NABH and ISO standards.
• Analysis of NCs and closure of NCs in Internal as well as external audits
• Preparing and monitoring the annual budget for Quality Improvement activities
• Monitor & validate Quality Indicator data mapping and analysis activities
• Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Conduct mock drills.
• Monitor Risk assessment and risk mitigations in all departments of the hospital
• Liaise with Accreditation Consultants, external agencies involved, External trainers, External auditors, NABH & ISO etc.
• Coordination with all department heads for implementation of Quality Improvement Program

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Medical Graduate (BAMS/BHMS/Nursing/ with MHA or MBA in Healthcare.
• Knowledgeable with computers & quality management systems
• Experienced (1 o 3 yrs) candidate from hospital domain preferable.
