Responsibilities

• Quality Monitoring: Record and evaluate the quality of DSP operations, ensuring compliance with GOFO's standards.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, coordinating and resolving any anomalies during transportation and warehouse handovers.
• Communication Coordination: Effectively liaise between warehouse, terminal delivery, and sourcing departments to establish efficient communication channels.
• Process Improvement: Draft and enhance operational procedures based on real-world performance, standardizing operations and mitigating risks.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data, identify outliers, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across the United States as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
