Quality Engineer

NDT LEVEL -2 - CERTIFICATION MUST

❑ Responsible internal system, process and product audits of in-house as well as at supplier end.

❑ Knowledge of core tools PPAP, FMEA.

❑ Analysis of in-house and customer rejection.

❑ Responsible for customer end third party audit (ISO, TS22163: 2017, EN-15085 & ISO 3834).

❑ Responsible for welding related activities (deputy welding coordinator) as per ISO 14731 Requirements.

❑ Responsible to review the SOP and OPL. Received from all departments and approved.

❑ To ensure 100% adherence of quality system, audit process and customer norms.

❑ Checking fixture and welding jig validation at the supplier end.

❑ Review of packing standard and compliance as per customer requirement.

❑ Responsible to ensure welding process as per welding manual and as per EN15085 Standard.

❑ Quality planning and analysis to consistently achieve quality targets leading to the customers.

❑ Perform inward, in process and final inspection, issue inspection report and release note.

❑ Follow quality procedure, format, templates related to inspection like check list, reports etc.

❑ Provide quality relevant recommendation to quality manager on QA/QC matters highlighted by client

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
