Quality Engineer

• Quality System Development: Design and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, and procedures.
• Testing & Inspection: Conduct product, process, and system inspections, tests, and audits (raw materials, in-process, final).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and create reports on quality levels, failures, and improvements.
• Problem Solving: Investigate product complaints, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, FDA), regulations, and internal specifications.
• Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
• Training: Train production staff on quality procedures and tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance output.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred by some).
• Technical Skills: QMS knowledge, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean/Six Sigma, Microsoft Office, part inspection methods.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication (written/verbal), attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, and working within quality frameworks.
• MEP or Firefighting Experieance Must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
