Quality Engineer

Automotive Quality Engineer Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data and provide feedback to design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and prevent reoccurrence
• Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance quality processes and outcomes
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and best practices

Automotive Quality Engineer Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or related field
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO/TS 16949
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and methods
• Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within the automotive industry
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices, including Six Sigma and ISO 9001
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead projects to successful completion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
