Quality Engineer

Job Title: Quality Engineer

Preferred Location: Gandhinagar or nearby areas

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure that products and processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations. The Quality Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Monitor and analyze product and process quality data
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO, ASQ, customer requirements, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection plans, control plans, and work instructions
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
• Support supplier quality management and incoming inspection processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 (as applicable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
