Job Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume data and perform quality checks as per agreed process guidelines.
• QC and Reconciliation Ticket resolution in line with SLAs.
• Management Reporting.
• Any diploma holders, graduates, and undergraduates passionate about operations management and service operations.
• Basic MS Excel/Word knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a high-performing team.
