Quality Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Topgrip Industries. The role involves monitoring and improving product quality, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring that all processes meet company and customer standards.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Identify and report quality issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and quality data.
• Identify defects and coordinate with production team for corrections.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer quality requirements.
• Key Skills:
• Quality inspection & testing methods
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauge, etc.)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Defect identification & reporting
• Documentation & record-keeping
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Standards
• Problem-solving & root cause analysis (basic)
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Teamwork and coordination with production

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
