Quality Engineer

Responsibilities - Quality Engineer

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards to ensure consistent product quality and process efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant standards.
• Perform detailed quality inspections and control checks throughout the production cycle to detect defects early and prevent non-conformities.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational performance.
• Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices to promote a culture of quality awareness.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, inspection results, and compliance status to support management decision-making.

Qualifications - Quality Engineer

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles.
• In-depth knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9001 standards.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections within complex production settings.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for training, reporting, and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Work Location - On-Site Only
• Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available as needed

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
