Quality Engineer

Bachelor’s in engineering - Mechanical
Working experience with minimum 3 years in shopfloor or field experience
QMS - Internal Auditor certification
Welding experience & certification (CSWIP 3.1 or others) is preferred
NDT – Level 2 certification
Problem solving techniques/ NCR / Trend analysis
Create, implement, and maintain quality control systems, standards, and procedures – kind of experience preferred
Experienced in In-process inspection activities such as Visual, Dimension, PMI, traceability etc. per Inspection test plan
TPI co-ordination
WPS/PQR review, monitoring Welding activities and maintain Welding records from Quality point
NOI handling with suppliers & customers
