## Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer

**Location:** Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

### Company

Looking for an experienced **Quality Control Engineer** to join our precision CNC machining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machined components meet customer specifications and quality standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of CNC machined components.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.

* Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare inspection reports.

* Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Thread Gauges, and Dial Indicators.

* Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.

* Prepare and maintain quality documents including Inspection Reports, Material Traceability Records, CoC, and NCR reports.

* Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

* Verify material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 MTC) and maintain quality records.

* Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments.

* Support customer inspections, audits, and quality meetings.

* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.

### Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

* Minimum **3 years of experience** as a QC Engineer in a CNC machining or precision engineering company.

* Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and dimensional inspection.

* Experience inspecting components manufactured from Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Titanium, POM, Nylon, PTFE, and other engineering materials.

* Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.

* Knowledge of FAI, NCR, CAPA, and quality documentation.

* Good communication skills in English.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.

### Preferred Skills

* Experience in Oil & Gas, Defence, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.

* Knowledge of CMM operation and reporting.

* Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Salary: **AED 3,500–5,000** (depending on experience)
