Quality Engineer (QA/QC)

• Inspect and Test Products: Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from standards.
• Implement Quality Procedures: Ensure compliance with established quality control procedures and standards by implementing and monitoring quality systems.
• Address Quality Issues: Investigate quality concerns, provide feedback to production teams, and work to find solutions for defects and other quality problems.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain records, including inspection reports, quality control data, and audit findings.
• Process Improvement: Monitor product and process performance to identify areas for improvement and help revise processes to reduce defects.
• Customer Feedback: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Training: Educate and train other employees on quality control standards and procedures.
