Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling Incoming Inspections and provide report.
• Production line material verify with customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
• Ensure documentation aligns with quality management systems and ISO standards.
• PPAP documentations as per the standards.
• Customer offering before dispatch.
• Investigate quality issues and defects to determine root causes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Work with customers to understand quality expectations and resolve any quality-related concerns or issues.
• Renewal of Calibration instruments and it’s services.
• Handling portable CMM equipment and reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Diploma/UG degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in CNC machine shop.
• Ability to handle quality instruments.
• Possess basic computer skills with experience in MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 4 – 12 years
