Senior Civil Engineer - Quality

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Testing
• Monitor raw material quality (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, and water) as per IS standards.
• Conduct routine and special concrete tests – slump, cube casting, compressive strength, workability, etc.
• Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain proper sampling and testing records as per QA/QC norms.
• Process & Production Monitoring
• Check mix designs and ensure strict compliance during batching.
• Monitor batching plant operations to maintain consistent quality.
• Coordinate with plant operators to ensure corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Control wastage and ensure optimum utilization of raw materials.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.
• Maintain cube test registers, raw material test reports, and calibration records.
• Support ISO, BIS, and customer audits.
• Customer Support
• Attend site during pouring to ensure correct placement, compaction, and curing of RMC.
• Handle customer queries and resolve quality-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on concrete handling and application.
• Compliance & Standards
• Ensure adherence to IS codes, BIS standards, and company SOPs.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance in all QA/QC activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
