Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By leveraging your expertise, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing and executing performance test plans. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
