Quality Engineering Specialist - Automotive Parts Supplier - 35521

An automotive parts supplier near the Fairfield, OH area is looking for a Quality Engineering Specialist. You will be the liaison between internal departments and external partners – focusing smooth production & maintaining quality assurance.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain relationships with all internal & external partners

· Assist in maintaining process conditions – acknowledge potential quality risks

· Relay customer specifications to internal departments – including operators & inspectors on the floor

· Read & Interpret customer drawings

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred – high school diploma or equivalent required

· 2 years in Manufacturing Quality or 4 years Manufacturing Operations

· Ability to read blueprints

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication skills

· Open to overtime & weekends when necessary

· Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
