Quality Engineering Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Quality Engineering Supervisor to join our operations in El-Shorouk. If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for manufacturing excellence, we would like to meet you

.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the Quality Engineering team across all production lines (Flexible
• PVC, Fire Hoses, Fittings, and Injection).Monitor daily QC/QA operations and ensure
• compliance with internal SOPs and international standards.Conduct root-cause
• analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop inspection sheets and quality checkpoints for raw materials, in-process stages, andfinal products.
• Ensure calibration and readiness of all testing and labequipment.
• Support NPD and Engineering teams with quality requirements andsample approvals.
• Prepare daily and weekly quality performance reports and propose improvement plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing.Preferably experience in PVC extrusion, injection molding, flexible hoses, or firefighting manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC methods, ISO standards, and problem-solving tools.Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production lines and perform under pressure.
