Responsibilities

Coach, train, and evaluate the performance of the quality control team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab operations.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and FSC standards.

Lead the implementation and monitoring of QMS, QCPs, PQS (Customer Relevant Quality Standards), and corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA).

Oversee the preparation and execution of the Quality Department’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including calibration, maintenance, and consumables.

Monitor raw material consumption and drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product quality.

Supervise product trials and evaluate performance outcomes.

Monitor and control chemical expiration dates and make decisions on expired materials.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

FMCG Background is a Must
-
5+ years' experience in Quality mainly paper industry background
